BODY POEM
FOR YOU
The Body Poem structure guides you into receiving epiphanies and insights revealed by your body’s wisdom that might have been previously obscured from awareness.

LISTENING TO THE UNSPEAKABLE
Body Poem can help sooth and restore balance after emotionally challenging life experiences of pain, fear, anger, grief and loss.

ORGANISATIONS, GROUPWORK
AND LEADERSHIP
Within any group or organisation, there are currents and undercurrents that all need to be listened to support the smooth flowing and streamlining together towards the organisation’s purpose.

BODYWORK
- SOMATIC OPENINGS
Body Poem can be seamlessly integrated with Bodywork modalities. When we are physically touched, memories and emotions in the muscular and cellular structures of our bodies are also being touched.

RELATIONSHIPS
AND INTIMACY
Body poem integrated with couple therapy/coaching modalities can support people to come home to themselves together and as individuals.

ALEXITHYMIA
- A MODERN-DAY DILEMMA
Many people simply do not have access to words to describe feeling states or sensations in their bodies. Body poem is a way of being with and accepting this nothingness.
